Al ser el arreglo floral un producto perecedero y artesanal, no existe una política de devolución como tal del producto. Pero el mismo se podrá sustituir en los casos que se detecte mala calidad en el mismo, departe de la florería. FAVOR DE REPORTAR A NUESTRO NUMERO TELEFÓNICO CUALQUIER INCONVENIENTE ANTES DE 24 HORAS DE HABERLO RECIBIDO.
